FLOW FACILITATOR, MASTER OF SCIENCE, AND SCIENTIST IN CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP.

🪫 After burning out (read: on sick leave from work and uni for stress and depression), I had to heal my brain and create a new way of working.

💡 Using my background in Disease Modelling, I turned to neuroscience and flow science to create a brain-friendly way to work.

🎓 I put it to the ultimative test, and finished my full-time master thesis on just 20 hours a week with the highest possible grade (and an invitation to publish my study) - while recovering from stress and depression too.

💫 I now help people with sensitive brains get into flow with their work, so they can create their best work, while feeling their best too.
