💫 I help you get into flow with your work, so you can create your best work, feeling your best.

To support you in your flow, I: created a digital Work & Flow planner, and host workshops, and soon through my online community and learning platform - The Hungry Heron Network.

🤚 I no longer subscribe to hard work.
🌿 I believe work is meant to feel easy, enjoyable and effortless. And I know it can, when you are in flow.

🚀 It has become my mission to show, you can create a brain-friendly way of working. So sensitive brains can enjoy their work without sacrificing their well-being.

My journey

🪫 In 2022 I crashed into stress and depression as I was finishing my masters degree in Engineering. My brain simply wasn't able to focus, find calm and work the way I used to.

🧠 To finish my degree I had to heal my brain and find my focus. My old work style drove me to burnout - so I had to find a new one.

💡 With my background in Engineering within disease modelling, I turned to neuroscience and flow science.
I created my Flow Framework, that helped me get into flow, create a daily and weekly flow routine and find my flow again through challenges.

🎓 6 months later I put the Framework to my ultimative test - my master thesis.
I graduated with the highest possible grade (and even a invitation to publish my study!). And I had only worked 20 hours a week.

💭 I began to see how my peers and colleagues where burning out, and especially those with sensitive brains.
🚀 So it has now become my mission to help people get into flow at work, so they can create their best work feeling their best.
